Larry Saucer has been involved in the appraisal of commercial real estate for nearly 30 years and the appraisal of closely-held businesses for over 16 years. In addition, he has been either a sales associate or broker for over twenty-six years. He has been recognized as being an expert in the valuation field by the attainment of three appraisal professional designations: MAI (MAI-Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute), ARA (Accredited Rural Appraisal – American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers), and ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation). Larry has been recognized as an expert witness in both the 3rd Circuit Court of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court – Middle District of Florida. Larry has extensive experience in commercial and agribusiness real estate and businesses.

For forty-three years I have been fortunate to call Lake City and the surrounding area my home. I am blessed to have a beautiful wife, Jennifer and two wonderful sons, Cale and John. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ and my prayer is that I demonstrate the genuineness of this profession through daily living.
