Larry Saucer has been involved in the appraisal of commercial real estate for nearly 30 years and the appraisal of closely-held businesses for over 16 years. In addition, he has been either a sales associate or broker for over twenty-six years. He has been recognized as being an expert in the valuation field by the attainment of three appraisal professional designations: MAI (MAI-Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute), ARA (Accredited Rural Appraisal – American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers), and ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation). Larry has been recognized as an expert witness in both the 3rd Circuit Court of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court – Middle District of Florida. Larry has extensive experience in commercial and agribusiness real estate and businesses.
For forty-three years I have been fortunate to call Lake City and the surrounding area my home. I am blessed to have a beautiful wife, Jennifer and two wonderful sons, Cale and John. Brack is a lifelong resident of the North Florida area and has been highly involved in the communities during this time. I have lived in North Florida for over forty-five years, actually for all my life. I have been married for twenty-five years and my wife and I have been blessed with three children. In my free time I can be found watching our youngest son play soccer, traveling to Jacksonville to spend time with our older son who attends the University of North Florida and our daughter who works in advertising and spending time with my wife. I have always loved living and been raised in the North Florida area because of the nature and community. I enjoy the sense of community that comes from living in a small town and I can be found in nature fishing, hunting and gardening.
